• Product specifications, availability, and pricing may vary depending on sourcing conditions and market dynamics.
• All product descriptions are provided in good faith but may be subject to natural variation.

3. Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to mutual agreement on specifications, pricing, quantities, and timelines.
• Orders are confirmed only after written confirmation (email or signed agreement).
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Prices are quoted based on product type, volume, packaging, and destination.
• Payment terms (advance, LC, or other agreed methods) will be specified in the proforma invoice or agreement.
• Any bank charges, duties, or local taxes at the destination are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Product Quality & Variations

• Many of our products are handcrafted or naturally produced, and slight variations in color, texture, weight, or appearance are inherent and acceptable.
• Quality is maintained as per agreed specifications, but minor variations do not constitute defects.

6. Packaging & Labeling

• Packaging options (bulk, retail, private label) will be agreed upon prior to production.
• Buyers are responsible for providing correct branding and labeling requirements where applicable.
• Compliance with destination country regulations must be communicated in advance.

7. Documentation & Compliance

We provide export documentation including, where applicable:

• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Certificate of Origin
• GI Certification (for applicable products)
• Phytosanitary or other regulatory documents

Additional certifications may be arranged upon request and at extra cost.

8. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on production schedules, logistics, and external factors.
• We are not liable for delays caused by shipping lines, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
• Risk transfer terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) will be clearly defined in the commercial agreement.

9. Inspection & Claims

• Buyers are encouraged to request pre-shipment inspection or samples.
• Any claims regarding quantity or quality must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.
• Claims must be supported with documented evidence (photos, reports, etc.).

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Anjaney Worldlink and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Confidentiality

Any business information shared between both parties shall be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

Anjaney Worldlink shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Market fluctuations or resale losses
• Delays beyond reasonable control

Our liability, if any, is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, transport disruptions, or government actions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
